We use Arabica beans selected then hand-roasted by Alberto in 9kg batches using a manual Petronicini machine. This small-batch production means our roaster can taste, touch and examine the beans before he sends them to us from Italy.
Our coffee is pulled on a two-group manual machine. As coffee is a live product we micro-adjust the machinery and tailor the steam pressure to make sure we serve the best cup.
Our handmade Italian cups are designed to balance the flavours of a single shot espresso and milk.
