A special Saturday opening with a three-course Italian lunch. Expect honest, regional Italian cuisine and a relaxed vibe.

Bruschetta - fresh sourdough bread lightly toasted then topped with ricotta (Italian cow’s cheese) and oven-roasted peppers.
Cocktail di Gamberetti – prawn salad served with an organic courgette reduction and chives (grown by us in North Manchester).
Peperoni Ripieno – oven-roasted peppers stuffed with organic Lancashire mince beef, pane raffiermo and Italian cheese.
Lasagna di Carciofo - Wheat durum Lasagna sheets layered with artichoke cream, béchamel and parmesan cheese (24-months aged). Served with leaves topped with EVO and homemade balsamic glaze.

Millefoglie – a ‘thousand layers’ of homemade puff pastry with whipped Lancashire cream and fresh fruit
£18 for all three courses.
