Lupo Caffè Italiano is in the Boatshed building on Exchange Quay (M5 3EQ). It's a black, 4-storey building with yellow and white painted graphics on the wall. We're on the ground floor. Look out for the illuminated Lupo sign. Our entrance is in the passage way to the left of the sign.
Parking on Exchange Quay - best for quick visits
Drive between the giant orange arrows and take your first left. The car park is on your right. Follow the signs for guest parking.
You can park here for 30-minutes. Unfortunately, there isn't an option to extend (by paying) and there are automatic number plate recognition cameras at the entry and exit so you could get fined if you go over.
Parking in Orsdall Hall - better for leisurely lunches
Ordsall Hall has a decent sized car-park. There's a pedestrian road that cuts past the Soapworks and leads right to us (2-minute walk). Please check their website for opening and closing hours.
Parking on the street near Exchange Quay
Some streets are free and others use meters (free after 6 pm ) or have resident permits in place.
Hop off at Exchange Quay, head towards the roundabout and walk between the giant arrows. Go right to the end of the walkway and you will see us (2-minute walk).
There's plenty of places to park your bike and Exchange Quay (and Salford Quays) are within the Mobike Manchester boundary i.e. you are allowed to park and leave them here without any worries.
Take one of Manchester's Taxi Boats ( Waxi ) from Manchester City Centre to Salford Quays - we don't have a stop on Exchange Quay ( YET : ), but if you have enough time and don't mind the walk from the Quays it's a lovely way to explore the city.
It's about a one and a half mile walk from Manchester City Centre to Exchange Quay along the Manchester Ship Canal. You can also follow the waterway from Media City and the rest of the Quays.
