LUPO LUNCH CLUB - DICEMBRE 2019
Ciao,
Our 'it's nearly' Christmas lunch club is full of warming, wintry dishes for a gratifying Saturday afternoon.
There's no turkey on the menu, or roast potatoes, we will leave you to enjoy this tradition with your families or friends later in the month, instead we concentrate on making you happy with Italian food. Hope it tickles your fancy.
LUNCH CLUB MENU – 14 December 2019

Polpette di zucca cuore di mozzarella (V)
Pumpkin and pecorino Romano (traditional local ewe’s cheese) oven-baked balls with homegrown sage and nutmeg. Served on a bed of rocket salad.
OR
Pate di fegati di pollo
Chicken liver pate made following our family recipe. Served with lightly toasted bread and leaves.

Gnocchi Provoloni (V)
Gratinated homemade gnocchi with butter, bechamel and provolone sauce topped with walnuts, rocket salad and black pepper.
or
Involtini di carne al sugo
Thin-sliced beef rolled with heart of Parma ham, mixed herbs and Pecorino Romano – oven-baked slowly with home-made tomato sauce. Served with focaccia to clean your plate (scarpetta).

Tronchetto al tiramisu
Our ‘famous’ tiramisu (as eaten Cindy Lauper circa 2016 – true story).
